Comedian Donnie Sengstack joined us to talk about his comedy career so far and how it may look a little different than others. Donnie opens up with genuine humor, sharing stories of navigating a world where his stutter isn’t always understood. From encounters with doubters to those who misinterpret his intentions, Donnie’s comedy journey is uniquely his own.

Hi, Im Melanie! I am a student and teacher of the human condition. My work as a trauma therapist, my personal healing journey and spirituality have been my source(s) of wisdom. I believe we all have everything we need to heal inside of us. My role as a therapist and fellow human, is to provide space and opportunity to help others connect back to this internal wisdom. We are our own healers!

Intentionally integrating comedy and entertainment into her life over several years, she cut her teeth in comedy production in Nashville, where she lives, and loves the growing comedy scene. Over 15 years, she has curated administrative skills and leadership roles into a career that includes great success and well-rounded knowledge. With a background in the legal and sales industries, she brings marketing, financial literacy, and management to this creative world so that artists can focus on their craft. At the same time, she handles everything behind the scenes.
